Refund and Returns Policy

At Supreme Spice Circle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in preparing your meals fresh and ensuring they arrive exactly as ordered. This Refund and Returns Policy explains our practices regarding refunds, order cancellations, and replacements.
1. No Returns on Food Items
Since all our food is freshly prepared to order, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered or picked up.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re here to make it right.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of being placed, as long as preparation has not started.
- Once an order is being prepared or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- The order was incorrect (wrong items received).
- The order was not delivered due to our error.
- The food received was damaged, spoiled, or of unacceptable quality.
To process a refund or replacement, please contact our support team within 2 hours of receiving your order, with details and (if possible) a photo of the issue.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, online wallet).
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued as a store credit or replacement order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at supremespicecircle@gmail.com.
6. Wrong or Missing Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order was delayed, not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll investigate the matter and offer a fair resolution — which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.
